You can return purchased frames within 14 days of receiving them in the mail. Simply send them back to our address and we will refund you for the frames minus the shipping fees.
The returned frames must be in original packaging, unworn and unadjusted with original demo lenses inserted. You must ship the frames back to us via shipping method that does not assume any brockerage or taxes. Any fees incurred upon receiving a retunrn will be deducted from the refund.
